it would be best gloves on the fingers and wrist for an average hitting Fast punching a boxing heavy bag. i lift weights if what really matters is that I'd better avoid injury to the wrist and torn fingers open. Thank you
Neither. Both brands are garbage and anyone seriously involved in boxing reassure you on this point. The only brands of gear in boxing that I 100% are Ringside Cleto Reyes and Grant. The rest are either good or semi-trash and all Everlast / UFC "gear is pure garbage. If you do not believe me not, order, or to find out.
