I suffer from Back Pain since high school when I play football. I recently purchased a Inversion Table $ 350 $ (its on the way) because I heard the health benefits he boundless gives people not only with back pain, but with the movement, stretching, etc. Does anyone have information or evidence in regard to the reversal of therapy?

A potential problem with inversion therapy is that it can significantly increase blood pressure in the head. For this reason, you should not try inversion therapy if you have heart disease, high blood pressure or eye diseases such as glaucoma, or if you are pregnant.
