Weight Bench And Weights Set

I have a Complete Set of weights including bar bench (and weight), and a set of dumbbells I need some training tips.?
I am 15 and about 168 pounds I'm 5ft 9. I want to build my arms and especially my chest because I have some man boobs. I wish also to work my abs, not as much as arms and chest mostly chest
and your height. your only 15 and 5.9 and 168. you weigh less as much as me and im 19. im about 6 or more. That means you've got more growing to do much more. Cardio will help more extreme wieght. It also depends on your body type. If your mom and dad were short and Tubby prbly you wont grow much more but if your eating erate tall and thin that you could lose it naturally. to race and push ups and bench. push ups are as cardio / Weight Bench and Build Muscle. if you grow your skin, and will expand around your muscles. tractions your objectives are superb. you will literally your own weight lifiting everything that goes in your arm. good luck
