Strength Training

What type of strength training is OK during pregnancy?
It has been a while since my last pregnancy and I am much better shape now and I want that to continue. I remember hearing once that squats and cracks are a no-no during pregnancy. Is this still true? What are the guidelines for strength training?
Squats are actually recommended for pregnancy, it increases blood flow to the pelvic region of 25%. It will help the baby when it comes down. Although it looks more like a FOLDED a squat what I was taught, but what you say, it works. I've never heard of a lot of sudden movement, but I do not know for sure. I know that strength training is good, but listen your body. This is not the time to try to build muscles, just to maintain what you have. Also, if you are beyond your second quarter, no ab work! Listen to your body and drink plenty of water. Take breaks as you want!
