The best way to adjust the seat height for Stationary Bike?
Hello, does anybody know a simple method to adjust saddle of a bicycle work? If the person using the sets can not lean forward, is adapting the same thing? Thank you for your suggestions.
You want almost full leg extension, mainly to the greater distance until the rider to twist to reach the pedals – For instance if her hips swaying, it's too far … If you reach with your toes, it's too far. there are all kinds of formulas that are good starting points, it is a common inseam length x 1.09 = distance from the saddle to pedal to the metal.
