something to hold my genitals in place while I do the stair stepper?
when I do the stair stepper at the gym, the tip of my male genitals rubs against my underwear and it’s very annoying and distracting. Is there something that can sort of hold my little package back while I do the stair stepper? (I’m trying to use clean language here)
I have been a runner for years. The best answer for this sort of stuff is spandex — it just holds everything in place. It prevents this sort of thing as well as chafing.
In this day and age, most men don’t march around the gym in just spandex shorts, so you can still wear your regular old gym shorts over them. That’s what I do.
