Rowing Machine Exercise Total Gym

Do you think i’m doing enough exercise to get a great figure and stay healthy?
Monday-friday i cycle to and from school which takes me in total 35 minutes there and back but i don’t really class that as ‘exercise’ as it’s just what i do to get from one place to another..well, here’s what i’ve done this week:
mon= 50 mins Exercise Bike, 30 min ‘tone-up’ workout
tues= didn’t really do any as such, but had an induction at my gym, went on every bit of equipment for 3 mins.
wed= took day off (i feel guilty now!)
thurs= swam for 45 mins
fri= gym: Cross Trainer= 20 mins, bike=40 mins, treadmill=20 mins, Rowing Machine=10 mins.
sat=took day off, though did do a slow 3 and a half mile walk.
sun (today)= was going to go swimming but couldn’t be bothered in the end…is that bad of me? but i’m going out for a 6 mile walk with my family….
do you think i’m exercising enough? i feel so guilty in the days where i haven’t exercised. Do you think i should increase what i’m doing?
you’re definitely doing enough. I’m guessing you’re not eating a shitload either. If you eat healthily, you’ll probably even lose some weight.
