Any remedies for muscle soreness caused by extensive power Weight Lifting?

this is the third day after the workout. i am on a weight lifting team but i just started training after the winter off.

take a super hot bath with epsom salt (which you can get at wallgreens or cvs). soak for a good 20-30 minutes and it should relax your soreness out some. take ibruprofen or tylenol.
