Importance of leg training
Do you squat? Do you train your legs?
THE PROBLEM:
How many of us know the guys who are training hard every part of their body but no legs? These guys have huge arms, shoulders, but their legs are thin.
And it's not nice at all. No matter where you are on the beach, gym or in another party.
This is not a look a real man should have.
However, many boys are lazy and they also do not understand the importance of training legs. They say "my legs are huge and train enough times a month is enough. SOLUTION:
Research conducted by scientists University of Connecticut examined the hormonal responses and adaptation to Resistance Exercise and training. Given that higher volume lead to more testosterone, but the training time longer drive unless there should be a time factor somewhere that we will reconcile the two.
