Anyone on here suffer from severe Back Pain education?
'm Exhausted. It's driving me nuts. Get it when im Worst sitting in the car for too long, or turn up or TV. Even the washing up. I acknowledge having poor posture over time and the fact I wore 5 children so that there a few years. Lately it has progressively worse. But the absolute worst is when I give Therapies holistic others. I gave three Full Body massage this afternoon and I'm in agony. Posed on the ground for an hour. Wen't on an Inversion Table, sitting on a shiatsu massage chair, made an hour of tai chi and I had my youngest up and down my back. No help. This is very serious and I do not give up my job I love helping others so that much.Is all i can do or have done that really works?
Is it possible that you have tight rhomboids that you removed in your whole upper back to the full implementation of the voltage mode? Talk to your doctor to prescribe some muscle relaxants as a test to see if they help the upper back at all. You may also need a Physical Therapy. Have you tried taking anti-inflammatory? You may also want to obtain not only xrays but maybe an MRI or CT scan to check and ensure that you have no nerve impingement. I'd hold off on getting a chiropractic adjustment after seeing a doc on this subject. I hate the middle and Lower Back pain, so I understand how crazy that can actually be. Good luck to you.
