questions about the P90X Extreme Home fitness?
I am a girl of 17 years will begin P90X. I want to know what might work better Resistance Bands, free weights, dumbbells or. I prefer to use actual weights, but everywhere I looked weight sets are so expensive. Also how heavy the weights should i excersise for? Btw I do not workout in a gym and a bench about 115 if the weight size should I use for P90X based on that?
It depends on how much muscle you want to. I know that many girls use just for the "tone" and not "bulky". If you just want to pitch, you can buy a set of relatively cheap lightweights. If you want large items, it will cost more to get the trucks.
