Would this PA be loud enough to hear over a medium loud drummer and a hundred watt amp at about 6 or 7?
This is cheap and really affordable, its 60 watts and would only be used for my jam room and clubs/bars if they dont have one

Nope
you will be lucky to even hear it at all
as a small monitor in a jam room.
In a club?
you won’t even hear it in a club
the PA needs to be several times more power than the guitar amp
and if you turn it up to 6 or 7, it will just distort.
cheap PAs also tend to sound real bad
My regular group has a guitar player with a 50 watt amp
the PA is 600 watts, and the bass is 400 watts
Yamaha makes the only low end PAs that are any good, and they have nothing near that cheap.
