fun fitness activities for adults
Need Feedback: Starting a Parents & Kids Fitness Facility/Gym?
Hey Everyone,
Just looking for some general feedback. I in the process of starting a niche Parents & Kids gym. There will be 2 rooms divided by large windows….in the kids area there will be gymnastic equipment, rock climbing wall, rope, and other fun fitness activities. The adult exercise area will consist of standard Work Out machines, free weights and Cardio Equipment. The kids will be able to see their parents working out and this would hopefully promote healthy lifestyles. Upon registration each family receives a Life Coach which will guide them through their fitness progress.
What do you think? Any comments?

excuse me but what is, in your opinion, the purpose of PE in school? IT is tax supported
