DIET AND FITNESS PEOPLE? please help

This is how i see myself, as the girl on the left. I have a stomach i need to lose, arm fat and maybe some on my thighs and my muffin top!
i want to change to the girl on the right.
I go for a run at night, a swim and do excirses while laying in bed.
Diet is the most important thing i want to focus on
Not strength/excirses.
I want to stick to one really good diet, not just eat heaps of vegies and fruit
I heard about a former model went on a all apple diet, she lost a few pounds.

Yes, you’re absolutely right. Diet is the most important thing. Eat well balanced meals with low fat. Don’t skip breakfast or any meals because it will cause you to gain weight (check source). Diet pop is bad too because it actually causes you to gain weight (check source below). No more ice cream- I know it’s the best thing known to mankind, but it’s gotta go- except every once and a while (once or twice a month).
The fat on the arms will go away with the stomach. It’s just not gonna stay there if everything else leaves. What you should be working on is cardio type workouts. These workouts include: Jump Rope, stair stepping machines for 1hr, ab exercises, biking, jogging, sprinting, and intervals (jogging for 50 sec and sprinting for 10, or whatever you feel like- they are extremely tiring). Start off slow. Don’t just jump right into everything. I suggest that you do maybe half of those exercises one day(Mon. or tues.) and the rest on another day(wed. or thurs.) during the week. Then on like Saturday or Sunday, lift light weights for high amount of reps. It will help with calorie burning and those arms you’re talking about. You won’t get huge busting biceps either. It takes years for that. Weight Lifting burns an extreme amount of fat and calories, but you need to balance your weight lifting and cardio workouts. One without the other is like salt without pepper. Don’t be embarrassed to go to the gym either. Everybody starts out small at first. Just think about how you’re going to show those people up in 6 months with all the weight you’ve lost. You need to be dedicated too. No saying you’re too tired and skipping a day. Think of a day lost as a pound gained.
