how to loose 7-10 pounds in 3 or 4 weeks =D?
i am not up 4 crash dieting or overload on fitness i just want to loose only a bit of weight cuz i got big hips and a small pouch( its like a biggest part of my belly at the top beside my ribs)where my abs are suposed to be all i want to do is loose a bit of weight healthy and get toned (thats what i mostly want to do )
so i need a plan to do after school
and how much i should eat a day (plz dont tell me what to eat cuz i know whats healthy i just have problem with how much)
if u can answer this thanku
