fitness components for soccer
What would be an intresting and fun physical activity plan for a teen/child?
I’ve got to design one for my HPE class- no I’m not asking you to do my homework, I just need some help.
What would be some sports they could play?
So far I’ve got..
SUNDAY:
Swimming- moderate to vigorous intensity- 40mins
Fitness Components: Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Endurace.
Sports such as: Soccer, Footy, Baseball and other similar one – Moderate to vigorous intensity- 30mins.
Fitness Components: Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Endurace, Muscular Strength.
So what would be an intresting but fun Monday, (Has to be considered fun for a child so they would be motivated to do it).
Don’t tell me to do my homework myself, I’ve actually done heaps already I just need some input on what a teen or child would be into doing.
Remember, they are children and stuff so no heavy workouts in the gym.

Just try to remember fun games when you were younger… it would be fun to bring back to the present. Dont forget rollerblading!
