i want to work on my buns and thighs?
What sort of exercise routine should i do to slim down in those two areas? my fat tends to concentrate in those areas, are there any particular machine i should use? i have been doing cardio but i would like to do more to quicken the pace.
You can’t spot reduce. Body just does not function this way. If you are big on your bum, it is your bone structure – genes have a play. Look at your mom and your grand ma. Are they big. Lookat your sis… are they big in that department. Then, sorry you are one.
That said, you do Stationary Bicycle to TONE your muscles in those areas. You seem to be doing that already. Increase your intensity.
Remember FIT – frequency, intensity and time.
