Timer Calorie

Can anyone give me a HIIT workout lasts 30 minutes and can burn about 600 calories (if possible)?
Or HIITworkout good one? My current one is (treadmill) 10 minutes jogging at 6.7 mph 3 minutes walk to anywhere between 3.0 to 3.7 mph Here h is when I start my intervals, 1 minute run anywhere from 8.8 to 9.5 MPH 1 minute recovery, walking at 2.5 mph Then run again and this until the timer hits 25 or 26 minutes. I'm just a little over 3 miles, if not close to doing, and burn about 330 calories. Any wishing to share their workouts? I'm 16, female, 5'1, if that helps. Thank you! I forgot to mention in the past couple minutes I take to cool down.
Firstly, congratulations to do HIIT! It's really the best way to do cardio. Secondly, when you do HIIT …. ignore all the calorie counters because they are worthless! (Manufacturers Machinery flub these figures anyway.) HIIT increases your metabolism and makes you burn calories throughout the day (and not only when you are on the machine), therefore it is so beneficial. Try to think of your intervals in terms of fatigue or intensity. On a scale of 1-10, 1 is the slowest you can go, and 10 are you running at Full Speed as hard as you can. 35 Minutes HIIT ——————– Warmup: 5 min Level 2 The intensity of exercise: 25 minutes alternating 1 minute level 2 Intensity 1 minute at level 9 intensity Cooldown: 5 min Level 2 intensity when I'm doing 35 minutes on a recumbent, I'm usually around 250 calories on the machine, but it means nothing. As I mentioned before, pushing even match the intensity of HIIT is much more important than hitting a magic number of calories (600). If you want to do only 30 minutes of HIIT, then do 5/20/5. Check the speed that you use. 8.8-9.5 is really level 9 for you? Otherwise, a little bump. If you're a little pain or fatigue, one day, your level 9 may be slightly lower. Remember intensity. Good luck! PS: I think the bikes are easier to do on HIIT, because you do not have to wait until the tread (mill) mount speed.
